1)       Article এর পর gap থাকলে উক্ত gap এর জাগায় adjective বসে। 


যেমনঃ There lived a ------- king in India. (wise, kind, famous, great)

2)      Article এর পর adjective থাকলে এবং এরপর gap তারপর noun থাকলে উক্ত gap এর স্থানে past participle বা present participle বসে।

যেমনঃ I saw a nice ------ sari at New market. (coloured)

3)      কোন sentence এ preposition এর পরে gap থাকলে এবং gap এরপরে noun থাকলে ঐ gap এ ing যুক্ত verb বসবে।

4)   Be verb এর পর gap থাকলে এবং তারপর prepositional phrase থাকলেএ gap এর জায়গায় adjective বসে।

7)      Be Verb এরপরে gap থাকলে এবং তার পরে adjective থাকলে gap এর স্থলে adverb বসে।

8) Definitearticle এরপর gap থাকলে এবংতারপরে Noun থাকলে gap এরস্থলে Adjective এর superlative form বসে।

9)  Help, mind, feel, alike, worth, object to, confess to, used to, with a view to, look forward to প্রভৃতির পর gap থাকলে suitable verbএনে তার সঙ্গে ing যোগ করতে হয়।

10)   Sentence এর প্রথমে subject নাথেকে gap থাকলে এবং পরে subject+ মূল verb থাকলে প্রথমে suitable verb এরসঙ্গে ing যুক্ত হবে।

11)  One of the, many of the , most of the প্রভৃতির পর gap থাকলেউক্ত gap এরজাগায় Noun এর plural form বসে।

12)   Sentence এর শুরুতে শুধুমাত্র Most of the থাকলে এবং এরপর gap থাকলেউক্ত gap এরপর countable noun এর plural form বসে।

NB. এ ক্ষেত্রে subject ভিন্ন হলে Not only word পরে বসে। Not only ছাড়াও অন্যান্য co-relatives গুলো Fill in the gap এ ব্যবহৃত হয়।


যেমনঃ either---or, neither--- nor, Both ---and, too ---- to, So ----- that, No sooner---- than, so---as, such---as, hardly --- when.

15)   Gap এর আগে Adjective এবংপরে Noun থাকলে উক্ত gap এসাধারনত preposition বসে।


 যেমনঃ Fahim is good ------ administration. (in)

16)   Gap এর আগে মূল verb এবং gap এরপরে Article/ Noun Phrase বসে। (Article+ Adverb / Adjective + Noun) থাকলেউক্ত Gap এ preposition বসে।

17)   Sentence এর শুরুতেই Gap এবং ডানে Noun Phrase/ Article অর্থাৎ Article + Adverb/Adjective + Noun থাকলে Gap এ Preposition বসে।

18)   Gap এর বাম দিকে full sentence এবং ডানদিকে full sentence থাকলেমাঝে conjunction বসে।

23)   Subject singular হলে verb singular হবে।

24)   Subject third person singular tense এরহলে verb এর শেষে s/es যোগ করতে হয়।

26)   Am, is, are, was, were, has been, have been, will be এর পরে verb এর -ing form হয়।

27)   Sentence এ am, is , are, was, were থাকলে Sentence এর অর্থ অনুসারে verb এর present participle / Adjective বসতে পারে। যেমনঃ She is -------- to live in a small family. (unhappy)

28)  Am, is, are, was, were এর পর Gap এ Past participle হবে যদি Gap এর পরে by থাকে ।


যেমনঃ The letters were ----- by her was lost yesterday. (written)

29)   Am, is, are, was, were এরপর Gap এ Noun হবে যদি Gap এর আগে Article থাকে ।

36)  প্রথমে subject + শূন্যস্থান থাকলে + পরেমূল verb থাকলে শূন্য স্থানে verb এরসাথে ing যুক্ত হবে।

37)   Possessive এর পরে সব সময় Noun বসে।

39)   Noun এর পূর্বে সর্বদা Adjective বসে।
