Rules of Prefix and Suffix

Prefix এর অর্থ - উপসর্গ এবং suffix এর অর্থ - অনুসর্গ  Prefix মূল শব্দের আগে বসে।অন্যদিকে suffix মূল শব্দের পরে বসে ইংরেজি grammar এর সবচেয়ে সহজ বিষয় হলো rules of prefix and suffix 

কেননাকোন একটি শব্দের আগে বা পরে এক বা একাধিক উপযুক্ত letter বা বর্ণ যোগ করলে  শব্দের একটি নতুন word বা parts of speech পাওয়া যায়।আরঐ নতুন শব্দ দিয়ে একটি অর্থপূর্ণ বাক্য তৈরী করতে হয়। যেমন-

 

Education: Education + al = educational,   

It is an educational institute.

Education + ally = educationally

The village people are educationally backward.

 

Regular: Regular + ly = regularly,     

ir + regular = irregular

He goes to college regularly.

Himu is irregular in the class.
